Welcome to this exciting Summer program in Consciousness Studies. We assembled some of the finest teachers available in the world today to facilitate your study of philosophy, psychology, theology and science. You have started on an exciting journey! With this Summer Quarter, Holmes Institute concludes its seventh full year of offering these new and exciting courses to ministerial students. Our faculty and students are some of the most enthusiastic and committed individuals to undertake the study of consciousness. Those in the Distance Education Program represent a wide geographic diversity and come to us with a wealth of experience and energy to contribute to this program of study. Welcome to each of you!

Each quarter, we work closely with your Distance Education Program faculty members to prepare thisAcademic Program Guide. We all join together to create a supportive learning environment for students at a distance. Together, we enhance your studies through conference calls, email discussion groups and our annual Colloquium 501 experience scheduled for August. So, plan to be a part of it all. In addition to facilitating the distance delivery of your Distance Education Program, we are here to serve you.
